inner voice....part two: Security

What would you say if I asked you: What makes you feel more secure?

I can hear all kinds of answers. Some people who are experiencing health issues would say: healthy body, no more pain. People who live from pay check to pay check would say: enough money in the bank, no more worrying about the bills. Some would choose the beauty as their security in life. People who are lonely would say: love, family. Some of us would mix a little bit of everything into the answer. The majority of us connect the sense of security with the outer world while that is far from the truth. Everything is relative; and, that includes your sense of happiness and security. I am happy I discovered this outlook. It would have been nice to discover it earlier in life. However, at a second thought, that would mean I would not get to live through all my Earthy life experiences, including the sufferings, which made me to appreciate the life and understand the meaning of it from the higher dimension.
I notice all kinds of sufferings around me. Some people thrive on sufferings. Their life is not complete if they do not feel like a victim of something or someone. To them, it seems like all their sufferings are caused by others: unappreciative boss, ignorant spouse, out of control kids, God’s unfairness, or inherited mediocre looks (in their opinion, of course.) But, the reality is that WE are the reason of our own sufferings,; we are the source of our unhappiness and insecurity. After I realized that, once and forever, I have turned my life around.  Some people confessed to me that I have changed their life along with my own. That means that our own sufferings project on others. By changing our life, we change life everyone around us.
We use our mind as a protection mechanism; we come up with explanations to everything. And, either we blame ourselves or we blame others, we are causing imbalance and sufferings to ourselves.
My suggestion is to take a moment and realize your relationship with the outside world and your relation with yourself. What is your personal presentation of the world around you? Are you attached to it too much? What is your relationship with yourself? Is there a voice living inside of you that is constantly talking to you? Try to quiet that inner dialog and see how you feel. Enjoy the break from constant judgment and reasoning. Project the love onto the world surrounding you and see how that feels. Stay there if you like the feeling…….
